She tried all the “supposed” cellulite treatments, cellulite creams, cellulite body-wraps, hardcore/high-impact workouts, cellulite vacuum machines, lasers, cellulite scrubs, cellulite massages, along with a bunch of other ineffective, phony cellulite remedies.
She also talks about the frustration, the humiliation and the desperation at times, to try anything that might get rid of the dimples, shadows and ripples of her trouble-zones and problem-areas.
I’m Vanessa and I’ve been using the Naked Beauty SYMULAST program since 2017 and I wanted to let you know how amazing the improvements have been since I started.
I don’t know if many women let you know about their improvements, but I want to make sure you know about mine. You deserve to know how special this program is and what it means to women like me, and others too.

TIP – Cindi admits she NEVER thought that was is happening to her would EVER happen. So, in the first few weeks I “reset” her belief system and boom! She is making progress she would have never thought possible. (“BELIEVE”)
She wrote this in one of her daily updates a few days ago:
“According to the scale, I am down, (despite weighing herself after eating). Wow. I needed that this morning.
I can say that I legit now only have 1 pair of shorts and 1 pair of jeans that I can still wear! My business clothes do not fit either. (her clothes are TOO BIG!!)
I have a closet full of clothes (TOO BIG NOW) that I will never wear, how cool is that?!
I put on a pair of my yoga sweat pants, oh my goodness! They are super loose in the butt and thighs. It’s times like this, that I know it’s real. The changes are real.
May sound strange, however, I am still having a hard time comprehending this is real, I am shrinking. Wow. Wow. Wow.”

Midweek Miracle #2
Long-Distance private coaching client, Joy – had several short trips and events over the lat 2 months that would have totally thrown her off track in years past…
But not this time – not with my guidance and her newfound mindset.
This time, she and I planned ahead, created definitive, but very simple, strategies to keep her on track and making great progress – no matter where she had to go or what she had to do…
In the past these would be the things that derailed her efforts and negated any progress – but now we’ve changed them into opportunities of even more progress and improvements.
Midweek Miracle #3
Long-Distance private coaching client Kendall – had several unexpected mishaps (and a current family vacation) that could have knocked her back to square one…
As a busy mom of 2 girls, with a career and household to run – life’s curve-balls can be a surprise that smother even the best intentions – which is what used to happen in the past…
But, now – with my guidance, Kendall has smoothly navigated several episodes and a Summer vacation she is on right now with the entire family – with a “stealthy” plan – a few key strategies and the attitude of control & success.
For example, I created a “Mini-Circuit Session” she can do literally almost anywhere in just a few minutes. So she is able to sneak it in here and there, while still enjoying all the family time and fun. (game-changer)
In years past Kendall admitted she would totally STOP her exercise program and that would also lead to her nutrition getting even further off track – and the aftermath would be a slow route back to getting into a groove again after the trip was over…
The cycle would keep repeating itself. You know how that goes right?
But not this year. This year we’ve changed her paradigm so everything works – and she stays the course.
Midweek Miracle #4
Long-Distance coaching client Patty is in the throws of intense studies, a shifty work schedule and a life in transition.
But she values her health, BIGTIME. And she needed help getting and staying on the right track with her health and body-composition despite what her life was loaded up with…
And since starting with me just a few weeks ago – she has already experienced some important milestones that will now propel her toward even more progress and profound success.
She has now realized that her old, high-intensity workouts and hardcore exercise programs were putting her at risk (back problems, etc) while not delivering desired results…
She is now realizing that a gentler approach is not only better, easier, more realistic – BUT it is the gateway to creating a PERMANENT lifestyle of fitness and wellness.

TIP: One THE BIGGEST lessons with everyone above is the fact that NOBODY has to have a “perfect” schedule that cannot be deviated from…
In fact we ALL have shifty schedules and life episodes that will come and go ALL OF US, including me…
BUT the difference between the successful people and the people who just keep backsliding year after year is that the successful ones find ways to stay on track, stay the course and stay on the path with strategies, tactics and methods that make it all natural, easier and realistic to maintain.

I’ll be sixty-two in February. In my younger years, I trained as a dancer.
Now, living in Las Vegas, Nevada, I’ve always kept reasonably fit by taking advantage of the great weather while walking and hiking.
However, bone density tests revealed osteoporosis, due I am told, to years of striving to be sylph-like on a calorie restricted diet during my dancing years.
Then too, as I got older, my muscular strength was not optimal affecting my balance, overall endurance, and bone density.
I am happy and so proud to report that I’ve benefited greatly from doing the exercises shown on Naked Beauty: The SYMULAST Method DVD as well as those on the updates I get in my email.
Your demonstrations of the exercises and explanations are concise.
For me, the result has been a renewal of my kinesthetic sense, a reawakening of my awareness of movement from the inside, and impressive gains in muscular strength.
By the way, my latest DEXA scan (bone density) showed significant bone-density increases overall – a gain of almost 13% in one area.
With your explanations of each exercise, even if one’s physical limitations make modification of the exercises necessary, the purpose of each exercise can be fulfilled.
Having watched a number of your home gym workouts, I am eagerly awaiting my SCULPTAFIT Home-Gym System.

“With this update, I am 62 years old, and I continue to gain impressive strength.
As a 32 year old, I never thought I would have the upper body strength to do even one pull-up, but as of March, I CAN!! Not many, but a few.
I wasn’t sure my fitness was showing, but now that it is summer, I get many compliments on my muscle definition, especially in my arms.
Since the arrival of my SCULPTAFIT Home-Gym System in December, I’ve been using, almost exclusively, the training sessions that are in SCULPTAFITclub.com
I started using the 5-day schedule but switched to the 7-day schedule because it seemed to involve the lower body more frequently.
Of course, I love all the workouts that I’ve found on SCULPTAFITclub.com. I’m thankful for the variety – short workouts, longer workouts – all very effective!
Here’s a super-candid and short video of me doing 2 of the abs/core exercises from one of the intermediate training sessions:
Due to the endless variety, I am motivated to do a SCULPTAFIT workout every day, although I have started to schedule one day off so that I can do extra hiking.
At the end of this summer, I will be eager to see my next bone density test results. I used to dread having those done, by the way. But, not anymore!

While the younger crowds and the “unsuspecting mature” crowds are continuously fed the notion that their workout have to me “high intensity”, “short and fast”, “harder and tougher” – the truth is none of that dangerous and risky stuff is NOT necessary.
Lots of the hardcore “fanatics” do not like when I write about this – but hey, this is not for them, it’s for us people who are just taking our own path that is most realistic and beneficial to us. Simple really…
As of the day I’m writing this, July-15-19, my last complete health/medical exam was almost a year ago – which means my next one will be on schedule with Dr Osborn, for next month (August).
If you’ve been with me for a while, you’ll remember my last 5 years worth of vital stats and blood work ups have all been getting even better.
I’ll share the updated details (2019 results), in a future video and post here, on how these improvements are continuing, with the lifestyle habits I’ve been implementing (anyone can do these).
And as you know – my ‘chief aim’, and the one that I hope becomes ‘supernatural’ to you, is to always be employing lifestyle habits that directly, and positively, impact my annual health exam results.
By doing that – I directly, and positively, impact my LIFE – and I share this all to inspire YOU to do the same.
If I can do this – then so can YOU.
I think you’ll agree, we don’t hear this kind of wellness-focused ‘chief aim’ in the common conversations of mass market fitness..
Rather, we hear shallow messages about “fast weight loss”, “rock your best body in 4 weeks”, “be sexy again”, “turn heads everywhere”, “look like a fitness model”, “slim down in 7 days”…
It all makes me cringe, because it’s those short term, superficial promises that keep people in the perpetual cycle of “on and off again”… Never truly fully committing to a mindset and lifestyle of total wellness on the inside AND the outside.
Sure, some of my peers are opening their eyes to the bigger picture – but for the most part the mass markets are still appealing to people’s superficial, short lived, motivations.
And these shallow motivations, hardly ever stick. No secret, right?
BUT – when we shift our focus from just “looking amazing” to “feeling great, improving health & strength, exercising with care and eating for longevity..” then we start to really understand WHY we are doing all this – and how our mindset holds the key to everlasting habits, best results and an awesome quality of life.
In the video above, I share some thoughts on the the mindset needed in order to make all this “fitness stuff” easier, simpler, more enjoyable and hence, far more effective & sustainable in the long run.
One of the biggest factors in optimizing and preserving the physical body so that it is strong, balanced and able to carry us through life with high functionality is the TYPE of exercise we choose to do.
If we choose, the harder, heavier types of high-impact exercise – then our muscles, bones and joints will have excessive wear and tear on them. And this is IF, I say IF, one is able to even sustain the hardcore, high-intensity styles of workouts…
Opting for a gentler, slower and more controlled and realistic form of fitness training allows the body to be nurtured into wellness in a way that builds “physical integrity” both for the short term and the long.
Of course – this “physical integrity” is directly related to “mental/emotional integrity” – hence the “mind/body benefits” of a proper approach to lifelong fitness.

As you listen to what I share in this short video – there are a few points I want to highlight here:
1 – There is a difference between proper exercise and mass-market, trendy workout programs.
For the majority of us “regular people” with busy and full lives – we need SAFE and EFFICIENT. We don’t need risky and painful.
2 – Diet fads and gimmicky eating methods that are too restrictive and unbalanced will backfire on most people.
Nature has given us all the high nutrient foods and items we need to optimally sustain life. Faddish food plans that are unrealistic cannot be sustained, nor are they health for the vast majority of us.
3 – Your thoughts created by your mindset dictate your actions, choices and habits.
Don’t underestimate the power of your mind.
Your “thinking”, or lack of – has profound implications on how you carry yourself through life and the kind of life you have.
Pay attention to this one because it’s where all the magic starts.
Trust me, I’ve lived through this myself – so I speak from firsthand experience.

Kendall Reveals Early Key Breakthroughs in Her Personal Health and Fitness Journey
———————————————— FROM Kendal – My 1-Month Reflection:
So far, this has been a great experience.
This first month was largely about me getting back into the swing of making fitness a consistent part of my day-to-day.
It was also about creating a greatly heightened sense of awareness around where I truly am with my current habits, vs. the stories I may have been telling myself about how well (or not well:) I was doing.
The awareness has kind of blown my mind and given me SO much more clarity around what I’ve been telling myself is important to me/a priority and the REALITY of what I’ve been doing, or not doing.
It has been so good to see, and a little bit confronting at times if the story I’ve been telling myself doesn’t jive with what I’m actually doing.
But I am SO glad to have the awareness and information, because from this place I can make different choices that are more in alignment with what is truly important and a priority to me 🙂
I have seen and explored the areas that have been keeping me stuck in current habits that aren’t working for me, and with Joey’s help and support, finding solutions that DO work.
The mindset pieces are truly powerful and so needed when it comes to shifting lifestyle habits. I KNOW this, yet I hadn’t been optimizing all of these pieces in my own life.
This is a work in progress 🙂
So far, my numbers are moving in the right direction, which is great, but even better than that, I am noticing a shift in my habits, my mindset, and my actions in terms of prioritizing fitness/my workouts, and really being even more mindful about what I’m eating on a daily basis.
I am also being more and more mindful of having positive self-talk, and treating my body with love and kindness.
In the past, I went for super intense workouts, and if I wasn’t “dying”, I didn’t feel like I was having any benefit.
I am blown away by how powerful the recommended workouts have been, despite being relatively short, low-impact and gentle. So I am letting go of feeling like I need to beat myself up to have a “good” workout, which is SUCH a relief!!
And it makes my fitness time more appealing and enjoyable 🙂
I have noticed an increased awareness of my body throughout the day.
I will notice my abs, or my back, and I love feeling this positive, healthy connection with my body.
I can feel my muscles getting stronger, and I’ve already noticed some increased definition in my arms- YES!!!
I have already increased my posture awareness- and it has already improved!!
I am tremendously appreciative of Joey’s support- he is so great to work with and such a powerful, positive influence.
I feel very comfortable with him and know he’s on my side, and I also know I can trust him to be honest with me and tell it like it is.
He will call me out if and when needed, yet it’s from a place of supporting me and my vision for the outcomes I’d like to achieve.
It feels truly incredible to have this level of support for me and my optimal health and fitness.

Want to know why I share these awesome and powerful 1-Month Reflections?
One of the main reasons I share these here is to continuously highlight the FACT that not only do you need to have the right ‘methods’ of fitness training and nutrition, BUT it is of utmost importance to have the MINDSET component properly addressed and nurtured along the way…
Without the mindset aspect, NOTHING will stick. No true and lasting changes will occur…
And we know what that looks like:
You start something new with the best of intentions. It might be the latest fad “diet” or new hardcore workout program or a detox retreat or yet another piece of mass-market exercise equipment that becomes a clothes rack…
And before you know it – you are toast. Defeated. Game over…. the “outside world” won – and you are back at square one, again.
You didn’t have a “mind-shift” because there was no true and real accountability. Mentally and emotionally, your “old” self could not get caught up to the “new” self you are wanting to become.
And the “old” self pulls you back… again.
Accountability is “intangible” and that’s where the problem lies for most people. Fitness training sessions are tangible. Nutrition and supplements are tangible.
Accountability is not.
We can’t touch or hold it. But it is THE most important piece of this puzzle – and without it, there is no victory, there is no success.
Accountability is misunderstood, and avoided in the process… And the pain of “starting all over again” continues to repeat itself as the years go by…
Nobody really wants that. The key is “TO KNOW” about the mindset dynamic of Accountability so that you can include it as part of your process and your journey.
PROPER Accountability from the “outside” is where the magic happens – but eventually, the aim is to INTERNALIZE this element of accountability so that YOU become your own coach.
It takes time. But it happens. I know because I lived through it myself.
I’ve bolded a few critical points that Kendall shared – so you could make note of those and ponder them as to how they may apply to you.

With this being something relatively new in terms of how I structure the coaching program with each client – I'm looking forward to these reflections being shared more and therefore inspiring others to take proper action for all the right reasons.
Here are a few key highlights from recent coaching "catch-up calls & check-ins"
A – One client has reached the "40 day mark – SMOKE FREE" – this is HUGE.
This has been a challenge, but one he wants to overcome and he is on his way to doing it.
In addition to proper fitness training and smart nutrition habits under my guidance – putting the kibosh on smoking is going to have a powerful positive impact on his life.
B – Breaking free of our culture's "overeating mindset".
One of the common themes in my 1-on-1 coaching situations is the element of isolating and negating the common habits of the crowds.
The American society, and others, have been "trained" to overeat and over-drink. Period.
As a whole, this country is in serious trouble in regards to health & wellness.
No amount of drugs, surgeries or procedures will defeat the over-consumption that goes on in the USA.
The fix has to happen at the "individual level".
Self awareness and mindfulness are the start of the answer.
Realizing that one is "drifting with the masses" is the first step in being able to stop drifting and take back control & employ self-responsibility.
5 – I've been getting many requests to talk about Intermittent Fasting and how I've been "using it" to achieve my best body composition and my best health profile in decades…
I'll be doing a deep dive video segment and some specific nutrition plans soon, which will all be going into the ATLAS-SCULPTAFIT Video-On-Demand Fitness & Nutrition Portal for members
But I will also do a basic post about it on the blog – nothing detailed but a good summary overview about it.
The key about Intermittent Fasting is to remember that it isn't an extreme diet or some crazy eating method – it's actually much simpler and offers an array of eating/food choices.
It's not to be categorized with any of the faddish & trendy diet-schemes that are flooding the mass media – but rather it's an overarching approach to when and how we eat and drink according to how nature INTENDED..

“Counting Calories” is one of the most widely known, and attempted, weight loss & dieting strategies.
But Does “Counting Calories to Lose Weight” Work?
For some it does, for others it doesn’t. So the answer is yes, and no- depending on who you ask.
And the reasons why or why not vary quite a bit – this is something I’ll talk about in a future video…
This truth is – losing weight can be achieved without counting calories. And this is a good thing because MANY people find the practice of counting calories to be tedious, challenging, frustrating, obsessive and dysfunctional.
That being said – there are people out there who’ve had great success losing weight by counting calories…
For now, I share a few thoughts based on personal experience and experience gained through coaching many clients over the past 3 decades.
