“Counting Calories” is one of the most widely known, and attempted, weight loss & dieting strategies.
But Does “Counting Calories to Lose Weight” Work?
For some it does, for others it doesn’t. So the answer is yes, and no- depending on who you ask.
And the reasons why or why not vary quite a bit – this is something I’ll talk about in a future video…
This truth is – losing weight can be achieved without counting calories. And this is a good thing because MANY people find the practice of counting calories to be tedious, challenging, frustrating, obsessive and dysfunctional.
That being said – there are people out there who’ve had great success losing weight by counting calories…
