I’m sharing this video with you for a few important reasons: (see reasons under video)
1 – Lots of people ask me how I come up with the unique and delicious healthy recipes in the QUICKLY-FIT Rapid Results videos that I keep adding to Total-Access here
I base my cooking/eating methods on some of the foundational truths that are revealed in the video.
These are also the foundational elements of how I coach 1-on-1 private clients in regards to the nutritional part of our journey together (I NEVER prescribe a “diet”.). (some readers will know EXACTLY what I’m talking about, at certain parts of the video… the part about “herbs and spices” and the part about “cheerios”, for example 🙂
2 – Over the last 6 years my annual health exam numbers have been improving year after year. A handful of the topics in this video highlight some of the key habits I’m implementing as a natural part of my life to make those improvements happen.
Even as I type this blog post, it’s about 2pm on a Friday afternoon, and I’m snacking on a small ‘power-combo’ that contains 1 herb and 1 spice that are going to work in my body to fight disease, boost my immune system and help support my hormone function for efficient fat-burning and youthful body composition.
It’s not rocket science really, but it does take some mental re-framing and some tactical implementation.
3 – The importance of daily meals containing certain powerful herbs and spices is something you will hear me talk more about, and Total-Access members are going to see a variety of herb/spice combos in the QUICKLY-FIT Rapid Results recipe videos I’ll be adding over the next few months.
The importance of all this goes above and beyond what “having a great body” actually means…

How you nourish, feed, protect and strengthen your entire body dictates the appearance of your body ON THE OUTSIDE.
This is how I’m “looking” my BEST EVER at 50…. I’m focused on my internal health, disease prevention, strength and longevity.
I never “diet”. My private clients are never “on a diet”.
We have shifted out minds into the right place and we make decisions based on our values, intentions and our greater purposes in LIFE.
We do not let ourselves remain victims of societal influence and cultural norms that are slowly diseasing the masses and killing the “unaware” with health conditions that are mostly avoidable and also easily reversible, if proper action is taken fast enough.

Then take care of it as if you truly mean it. No more lying to yourself, no more “BS”, no more lack of self-care…
Declare what you want – and then start taking the right actions – and NEVER stop.
